Hyper Sonic Vs. Dr. Eggman

Sonic's courage and valor have had their effects on Angel Island; he has morphed into the island's hero. As the prophecy of the Master Emerald's theft has become a reality, so has the prophecy of a hedgehog warrior confronting the evil behind the theft. Sonic, having gone beyond the call of the prophecy, had acquired the valued Chaos Emeralds, and he had brought them to the Master Emerald that controls them. Sensing the imminent danger, the Emerald had offered Sonic the chance to tap into their rarely seen extra power. Taking this chance, Sonic traversed the extra-dimensional Special Stages and earned the right to wield the power of the mighty Super Emeralds. Now, amidst the chaotic expanse of space outside the decimated Death Egg, Sonic plans to show Eggman just what this new power can do; he will unleash the light of Hyper Sonic!

Production Notes:
- It was about time I got to updating this old thing. As with other major redraws, not a single element of the previous version is found here, and thank goodness. Back then I was like, "Oh, it's all going to be animated anyway, it's not going to matter how blurry it is, " yadda yadda. Don't know how that idea got into my head, but thankfully it's no longer a concern.
- I think that something that led to me holding back on the old one was the clunky computer it was made on. I really thought this new version would cause slowdowns, but it thankfully did not, and it's actually a smaller file to boot. That said, I'm running on 2 GB of RAM with a 3 GHz processor, which I think I am learning is very average these days. I hope it runs well on your machine.
- I tried to use ActionScript to create a custom right click menu, and the feature I was hoping to add, the "Click my name to get taken to my site" thing works, but sometimes it causes my Flash Player to stop working. Use at your own risk. Oh, and if the animation tries to scale itself to fit your screen and it looks jagged as a result, try to ensure you are viewing it in a way that ensures a 100% zoom as opposed to the auto resizing "Show All" thing that Flash does. It doesn't even seem like there is an option to switch it to 100%, even though there initially was when I was testing the animation in Flash 8.
